Standards

The HTML code of this website has been validated to XHTML 1.0 and CSS 1.0. This website has also been designed to meet W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to a minimum standard of WCAG 1.0.

Text Size

This website uses relative size fonts so that the text can resized using your web browsers built-in options. To resize the text, please following the instruction for your particular web browser below:

• Internet Explorer
  Select View > Text Size, then select desired size. Alternatively, hold down the Ctrl key and move your mouse scroll wheel.
• Mozilla Firefox
  Select View > Text Size, then increase or decrease the size. Alternatively, press Ctrl+ or Ctrl– to increase or decrease it respectively (Cmd+ / Cmd– if using a Mac).
• Opera
  Use the Zoom toolbar to increase or decrease the page enlargement factor.

Access Keys
