Maria explains the background and helps you to self evaluate your practice. She will teach you about the Every Child Matters 5 outcomes and the 7 areas in a way that you and your staff will remember. She will show you examples and enable you to gather the evidence to show you are meeting the new requirements. • Explain the background and help your staff remember the 5 main outcomes and how they affect their daily work.
• Link this into a much clearer idea of how the ECM agenda fits in with inspections and self evaluation( School and LA).
• Enable you to self review and encourage you to evaluate and report the evidence.
• Link it in closely to Implementing the Disability Discrimination Act Requirements and the SEN Framework.
• Explain what "Reasonable Adjustment" is and help you to report examples.
• Provide you with examples of what outstanding schools are doing.
